I dont think that aavanor wants to keep somebody in his company thay r always conducting interview but there is no results for it i didnt feel it as a good software company bcos they doesnt have a good infra struture it self and that to there selection criteria is very partial type you will get select in all test after that they will reject you without any proper reason. Pls take a look of the company before going to that place
